Raav Homes works closely with the architects & designers from inception to completion of a building construction project. Our goal is to see every home meet both the code compliance and performance expectations. New homes are all registered with the Home Protection Office and warranty provider, which provides you with a 2/5/10 year warranty.

Raav Homes offers a complete design build package for renovations of all shapes and sizes. We will start by supplying all documentation of your existing house, collecting all of the necessary bylaw/zoning information and will create a plan of how your house can be transformed to suite your needs. Raav Homes will also take on projects from homeowners and designers that have a complete design package already. Your design should include: architectural & structural drawings, interior designs, finishing schedule and approved permits. Renovations come with one year warranty on all labour and a close out package that give you complete documentation of your project. A successful major home renovation is an investment which can give you best return on your investment, if you ever decide to sell your property

In this phase, the first step is contact engineers/architects in order to obtain engineered drawings/building permit drawings. After this step, these drawings are submitted to the local municipal authority for their approval and to obtain building permit. During the waiting period, budgets are further refined, and construction schedules are determined. All construction details are resolved in this phase to avoid any future costly mistakes. After the permit is obtained from the municipality, then the real construction process begins.
Raav Homes follows a strict schedule in order to ensure that your house is delivered to you on time. We involve you in the building process and provide you with weekly updates on the building progress, also addressing any concerns you may have and eliminating unwanted surprises. In addition, we schedule multiple walkthroughs so that you may familiarize yourself with your house and ensure that this is the result you’ve envisioned. This furthermore ensures that you feel as much a part of the process as the skilled tradesmen building it.

We offer full range of project management services to our clients to achieve benefits such as better coordination and team productivity, better documentation and improved product quality, better project quality control, and better communication to keep our clients up to date on construction progress. We manage all aspects of your project from starting to finish.
Every Raav Homes project is assigned to a qualified, full time site supervisor who will be on site from start to finish – while our Project Manager will handle all of your scheduling, paper work and technical aspects of your project. Detailed billing is taken on by our full time accounting staff which is overseen by a CGA (Certified General Accountant) to ensure that all project financials are always up to date and accurate.
